To know the man is far different from the distant experience of those simply read who the publications. His eyes speak of a true reassurance, and absolute awareness that all things are unfolding as they should. Often times I would sit with Robert in his living room waiting at his feet as if it were to be dazzled and mystified with his modern delivery of ancient wisdom. How naïve and immature I was.
To have direct contact with the selfless is a gift of untold magnitude, while only appreciated by the few truly enlighten souls able to receive guidance. Yet he never judged even though he could see right through me. He asked, “What is it that you believe?” at that time I answered, “I am a Christian.” He replied, "Then stick to that part wholeheartedly"
He himself never sought profit to his own teachings. Robert, he coupled each personality with the part that would be most beneficial for that particular individual. His approach was not dogmatic. Only the spiritual in it would perceive this to mean that one could ask in a way that is contrary to the principles that he taught still remain in his graces.
Again, to know the man one would understand that he gave far more than he received and whatever he received was distributed abroad.
At his feet, you come to sit with me because you think I have something to give you, BUT I have nothing to give you which you have not got. SO, read, learn, and inwardly digest!
